This month, we’re excited to showcase a stunning project recently completed in the Avenel neighborhood of Bethesda. This home truly represents the perseverance, teamwork, and commitment that define the NuRoof experience.

Following storm-related damage, our team worked closely with Chubb Insurance over the course of six months to help ensure the homeowner received the coverage they deserved. Navigating the insurance process can be overwhelming, but we remained persistent advocates on our homeowner’s behalf—because protecting their home means protecting their peace of mind.

Once approval was secured, the project faced another hurdle: HOA approval. The homeowner had a clear vision for their roof and selected EcoStar Niagara Slate in Chestnut Brown, a beautiful and durable upgrade from the original wooden shake roof. Working through HOA guidelines and approvals took an additional four months, but patience and collaboration paid off, allowing the homeowner’s preferred materials and colors to be approved.

When it was finally time to begin, our skilled crews completed the installation in just seven days, delivering a finished roof that is both striking and built to last. This project stands as one of our most prideful accomplishments—not only because of the final result, but because of the time, effort, and care invested to do things the right way from start to finish.
